Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 3 Status:	Running an install of Softaculous 4.9.0 as a plugin on WHM, when I go through the WHMCS order form to create a new WordPress site (it's a modified WordPress install with some plugins added in, but it worked perfectly fine before I updated the ZIP package to WordPress 4.8. On install, it creates a product entry in WHMCS and attempts to create the new site, but after a few seconds it returns the error: "Softaculous : The following errors occured : " with no errors listed. No errors have been generated in the Softaculous error log. Anywhere else I should check, or any idea as to what's going on? We have multiple custom packages that are very similar (one has WooCommerce on it, the other doesn't) and the same thing happens on both packages.

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5644 Status:	Hi, Can you please enable logs from Softaculous Admin panel -> Settings "Debug Logs Level" and enable it and then check the logs in the new cPanel account created at : /home/USERNAME/.softaculous/logs/softaculous.log and see if you find any logs there ? Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 3 Status:	Hello, Even with debug level 4 it wasn't generating any logs, either in the window in the WHM account or on the user's account. I did manage to get it working, whenever we have to update plugins I was just throwing the new .zip onto the server. Pulling in the entire auto install package for the clean version of WordPress that Softaculous provides and modifying the zip and sql files ended up working.
