Not getting validation emails from twitter and gmail

but receiving from others just fine.


here is the error email message received from gmail.

note, i replaced some word on domain name abcde for security purpose. and ip to xxx

What is your score?

You will also be able to see if your email have DNS issue.

Open source, web and security passionate 		Well for have a good mail you should have 9 or 10 of score.
Now Webuzo support DKIM. Are you using DNS on Webuzo or your DNS are outside?

Webuzo use Bind for DNS.
You can send to me a private message, if you want with the link of the results of mail-tester or maybe you can try now to start a live chat with me by using the link on my forum signature so you can share with me the domain of your email and I can try to do some check.

Please note that I AM not a Webuzo Staff Member.
Regarding the error you have told maybe I need ask more questions like where you get this message and when this happen :)

Open source, web and security passionate 		Is strange so DKIM is not valid. Maybe you should remove the domain than add again but is better ask for this to Webuzo support if you are not sure of be safe in this operation.

When you add a new domain there are the relative check box to add DKIM

Open source, web and security passionate 		rDNS should be set by your hosting company. Please contact them.

Open source, web and security passionate 		Oh well, you have the control of the rDNS. Good is rare to have control of this but in some VPS plan this is available.

Soon also me will be able to manage the rDNS. Now your email is set correctly.
All error should be no more from your side :)
