Hi all

We are currently testing Hostbill and SolusVM (KVM), but we miss an important features within hostbill: Backup of Virtual Machines!
My goal is to have one customer portal (the billing module) that includes the important features (up/downgrade, backup, reinstall).

As far as i can see, it's the same with Virtualizor and Hostbill. no backup possibility within the Hostbill panel.

Does anyone know a Billing Module that offers backup functionality for Virtualizor with KVM?

Michael

Hello,

Sir, currently Virtualizor Module for WHMCS do not support backup and up/downgrade feature. This feature is under our todo list. OS Reinstall option is available in WHMCS enduser panel.

Hostbill Module for Virtualizor is developed and supported by Hostbill team itself. You can get more information about it here :http://hostbillapp.com/features/apps/virtualizor/index.html

Please let us know if you need any further information.

Regards,
Virtualizor team.

Thanks for your answer! I already like the current Module you provide, much more features than the free WHMCS module for SolusVM for example!

One question: as per your Wiki, the Module offers configurable options such as Number of IP's, Bandwith, Network Speed, etc. Do all of them work with KVM as well, or are there some limitations?

We are very interested in WHMCS in combination with Virtualizor, but we can't replace our current solution if there is no backup/restore function.

Concerning the Backup/Restore function for WHMCS, what's the timeframe?

Hello,

Sir, we will be adding the Backup/Restore function in WHMCS for OpenVZ in next WHMCS module release. (Expected next week)

For KVM and XEN, the backups are handled through the Virtualizor admin panel.

Please let us know if you need any further information.

Regards,
Virtualizor Team.
