Softaculous http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php? <![CDATA[email template for resellers]]> http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=6490&tpg=1#p23827
Thank you for the quick response.

Okay, I see that the resellers email address will be used as the sender, but is there any way to include a variable "inside" the template that will include the Site Name, for example, when the email is sent now, it simply says "From System Administrator" and the server IP address. That information is not informative at all to most users.

It would be better if we could include a variable so the Site Name could be included: "From "Site Name"

Anyway to make this possible?

Thanks again for your help.

<![CDATA[email template for resellers]]> http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=6490&tpg=1#p23824
We are able to edit the email templates that are sent out to users but we are unable to insert a variable to include the resellers name or domain name, so that their clients receiving the email notices requiring them to update their scripts, know the emails are legit. Because of this, these important email notices are ignored.

With all the spam these days, having the ability to include the resellers name in the subject line of email notices from Softaculous is extremely important.

Have I missed a setting somewhere?...are we able to include a variable in the subject line of the email template that will include the resellers name?

Thank you for any help with this.

<![CDATA[Extremely slow on external sources]]> http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=6489&tpg=1#p23823
The loading time when I'm using Wordpress and it tries to connect to non-local external sources is really slow. This happens for instance when I'm trying to import content with wordpress importer, or when installing/updating plugins etc.

Are there any tweaks to fix this?]]>
