Did you added any thing related to this question can help us to protect multi installation for wp?

Here is the List of Changes

1. GZIP compression is enabled for all Webservers, which will reduce the file size that is downloaded by Browers and thus reduce load times.

2. HTTP/2 protocol support has been added to Apache 2.4 and Nginx, this will significantly improve performance on SSL supported websites.

3. The initial start configuration for Apache 2.2 & 2.4 has been improved, this will reduce RAM consumption on startup.

4. Mod Security module has been compiled for Apache 2.4 for prevention against Slow DDoS. *

5. Server Token's which reveal information about the Server's configuration have been turned off in all Webservers.

The Webuzo Team has released Webuzo 2.6.2. This version introduces some major features and fixes. The following is a list of changes :

1) [Feature] Support for HTTP/2 added in Apache 2.4 and Nginx. Existing users will have to update application to the latest version to enable it.

2) [Feature] Support for GZIP added in all webserver. Existing users will have to update application to the latest version to enable it.

3) [Feature] You can now schedule Webuzo backups from the panel itself.

4) [Feature] You can now choose to use Let's Encrypt certificate for Webuzo panel while installing a new certificate from the utility.

5) [Task] GZIP for Webuzo panel will now be enabled for all existing installation.

6) [Fix] Script auto-upgrade did not work. This is now fixed.

Yes, it allows you to change it and delete but NOT for the Primary. I ended up rebuilding and putting for my primary so I wouldn't run into this problem again.

Perhaps, it would be a good fix in later versions of the product.

Sir the option of editing the primary domain cannot be given as it needs to point to the root directory i.e. /home/{WEBUZO_USERNAME}/public_html/

If you do not wish to use the above root directory for any of your domain, you can add your server IP as your primary domain and than add all your domains as addon domain. This should resolve your issue.
