The CPU stay high for how many time? In that time there are much visitor on your server? If some backup are running CPU can be more busy.

All those video play by videojs also user download directly by direct link . My all VPS working Good first 7-15 days without any problem .But after some days my every vps use 100% CPU . i'm try in high dedicated server but problem same high cpu use after some days ...

Whe nyou see the OS it shows the "Virtuozzo" so we have named it like that.
