Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	I want to start the Softaculous extension from Plesk (Ubuntu 14.x). Then open a blank web page (https://xxx.de:8443/modules/softaculous/index.php?context=extensionButton_4) with the following error message: ERROR: Call to undefined function soft_mysql_fetch_assoc () (index.php: 85)

Group: Member Post Group: Super Member Posts: 544 Status:	Hi, We were able to replicate the issue and we have fixed the issue and also backported Softaculous for Plesk. You will need to reinstall Softaculous but first rename original Softaculous folder to something so that you have backup of your Softaculous settings and then follow the reinstallation guide given below: https://www.softaculous.com/docs/Reinstall and then move the files mentioned in the guide from old installation to the new installation This will restore all your Softaculous settings.
