Hi zalgu
I was able to see the same issue on the last Webuzo version. If you start the FTP service you should see green running than if you change page and return in services pahe you should see in red if are the same issue mine.

Also if FTP is showed in red should work... in my case Webuzo show FTP not running but was not true is a BUG.

For solve Webuzo Team has told me to do in my centOS in SSH this command:

In order resolve the above issue please execute the following command as root user:
PHP Code

 ln -/usr/local/apps/lib/libssl.so.1.0.0 /usr/lib64/
ln -/usr/local/apps/lib/libcrypto.so.1.0.0 /usr/lib64

After executing the above commands, restart the Pure-Ftpd service using the following command:
service pure-ftpd restart

IF you have installed FTP from SSH you can have caused issues if you installed in Webuzo try to remove and reinstall Pure FTP and see if the issue is resolved. Wait for support here from Webuzo Team

Hi zalgu,

Was the FTP user with which you are accessing you machine created successfully ?

Are you using the correct access details while connecting ?
