PHP version not found - shared host, Elgg throws insufficient php version error on install (3 Replies, Read 1863 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	I have already reviewed the associated posts but I cannot get to the configuration hooks like most answers say. I am on a shared host with options to select different php versions - the native version running is 5.4.34. Trying to install Elgg from remote Softaculous directly throws error that it needs at least 5.4 but has a blank where it says "version found is:" I suspect this is the issue. I have tried all the higher versions up to and including 5.6.
