WHMCS error, Could not load the slave server (4 Replies, Read 9948 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	Hello, I was getting this error in WHMCS, "Module Create Failed - Service ID: xx - Error: Could not load the slave server data". The Virtualizor support team added the ports to csf.conf and was able to successfully create an account, the next day i tried and I am still getting this error. Virtualizor sypport has not responded and is been well over 24 hours. I only have 1 master server.bDoes anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks

We were not able to access Virtualizor panel on your server, which is the reason for that error. Also we were not able to SSH your virtualizor server with the password provided in the ticket.
