My hosting includes only the very limited version of Softaculous Auto Installer and is missing all of the few things I really desire to install.

So I have instead tried using the online Softaculous Remote.

For example, I tried to install Extplorer, and this is all I got:

The following errors were found :

 There was an error in connecting to the MySQL Database.

I tried Ajaxexplorer as well, and it did the same - even though for small users like myself it can be installed without any need for a DB - but there seems to be no way to select that option.

Is there something I must do before I can use Softaculous Remote to install apps on my hosting account, or any work-around for these problems, please ??

Yesterday I signed up for the free trial account - I entered my IP address and it said that the license was created. But I could NOT find the license # ANYWHERE. Here's the problem.. I had NOT created an Account or registered prior to requesting the free trial account. So the program does not know who I am.

Next I registered and tried to Purchase the VPS account - and it would not let me purchase since it says that there is already a license on my IP address.

IP address is:184.154.120.152 Can you attach the license to my account or tell me how to proceed?

Ma'am it is not possible to clone an installation at the moment.

However you can manually change the occurrences of all the paths and URLs of your old installation in the database to the new ones.
For eg : /home/mabfr/public_html/
should be changed to :
