By somehow after installed Webuzo on my VPS, I could not access to the website, always have error 404 not found or 50 X something. Here is my situation: 1/ A domain bought from namecheap, "abcd.com" , I change the nameserver to vultr (where I had my vps), ns1.vultr.com and ns2.vultr.com. My VPS static ip: 111.222.333.444 2/ SSH to my vps, install Webuzo full 3/ Vultr DNS records like this A : 111.222.333.444 CNAME: * 111.222.333.444 NS : ns1 ns1.vultr.com NS: ns2 ns2.vultr.com 4/ Initial setup Webuzo after installation by access to VPS IP: 111.222.333.444:2004, Main host name: abcd.com Main IP: 111.222.333.444:2004 NS1: ns1.vultr.com NS2: ns2.vultr.com Finished initial setup Login to my webuzo panel by: abcd.com:2004 4/ Go to file manager, create a test file hi.htm, a test folder hello, a test file hi2.htm under hello folder, install owncloud into a folder owncloud, 5/ Here is the problem: Open web browser http://abcd.com/hi.htm --> work http://abcd.com/hello --> 404 error http://abcd.com/hello/hi2.htm -->404 error http://abcd.com/owncloud --> 404 error What is wrong? Can some one please help me. Thank you

Group: Member Post Group: Super Member Posts: 1394 Status: Open source, web and security passionate	Hi, you have to check to have installed Apache or Nginx also you can check the server error log. If your Apache version is Apache 2.4 and not Apache 2.2 there is a know bug who should be fixed by Webuzo in this neew coming week, I HOPE so try to switch for now to Apache 2.2 ----------------------- PeopleInside Web, security, open source passionate.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Peopleinside, Thank you for your reply. I tried both with Apache 2.2 and 2.4 and NGINX. For now the problem is still exist with NGINX. I still can access webuzo by http://abcd.com:2002. no problem. Really hope you or someone can help me. I can even pay for support. My Error Logs under Control Panel/Settings/Error Log is empty, no errors at all.

I don't know NGINX and if your issue is related to Webuzo or to you... Webuzo can help you if there are some issue related to Webuzo or some bugs or issue on NGINX, Webuzo cannot maybe help you to configure correctly your server as this is a service of a managed server. If you belive there are something broken and you are a Premium user License you can try to open a ticket https://www.softaculous.com/support/ If you are a free user you need maybe wait here a reply from Webuzo.
