Topic : Apache keeps crashing

[warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
[warn] pid file C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps/apache/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run?

I completely uninstalled and reinstalled and problem persists. It's being run on Windows using localhost.
