Topic : Can't change URL of WHMCS

Hi,

I'm trying to change the URL of WHMCS from https://{mydomain} to http://{mydomain} but softaculous keeps giving me this error:

Quote

The URL and DIRECTORY name do not match

What is that, and how do I get around it?

Hi,

Sir can you please explain exactly when you face this error ? We cannot reproduce this error on our servers.
