Hi
First thank you for your quick upgrades concerning languages.
This time I'd like you to add french language to SMF. The last SMF version has a full french language pack that can be downloaded there:
http://download.simplemachines.org/?smflanguages;lang=french
Please use the utf-8 pack and add it to your package.
Then if you can add a french install possibility it's great.
In Settings.php:

I tested the pack and it's working fine.
