License Inactive, License Inactive but says expires 02/01/2012 (15 Replies, Read 15478 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	I have noticed I am unable to access my Softaculous even though my account said it doesn't expire until 02/01/2012. Knowing I intend on renewing I went ahead & paid even though it isn't showing expired. This didn't fix the issue. Can Someone look into this ASAP we are trying to work today & are having to use alternatives. Also tried Support Ticket but never received confirmation email with ticket number. This is the message I am receiving: Your license (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx) is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software. Thanks

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	I also ran the cpanel Cron Job which hasn't worked. Tried the support Ticket again but no confirmation for ticket number & I changed email just incase. Upon further research there seems to be a problem since quite a few people are having same issues. Nothing we have tried is working.

I cannot look at any ticket because I never received any email with a ticket number although I did receive the email from the forum notification system about your answer. Just for clarification I have sent two Support tickets with two different emails. I have also sent an email directly to support with yet a third email address. Thanks for the reply not sure why I can't receive any notifications but I have checked spam filters & am receiving emails from some Softaculous sources.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	Very HAPPY again, with the help of my Hosting Company I have managed to get Softaculous running again. Two Days to fix but it is fixed but I guess this will happen next year also with the way it completely blocks access to easily refresh the Softaculous License like in the past. Suggestion to Softaculous team: 1. Make it easy again like in the past. 2. fix your expiration date system to show correct dates. According to my Account your system showed I had another month before Expiration 02/01/2012 & now it shows 04/01/2013??????? So I still don't know what my Expiration date is I guess? 3. Remember some wont even bother with fixing when it takes this long so your company could loose business. I just like Softaculous & wanted to keep it if possible.

Now I can see I was reading the date as I usually do which made it look later than it appeared based on dates read hear. I think a reminder would be GREAT but even better would be make the system easy to refresh as it used to be when you renew a License like in the past. All I did before was: 1. It showed premium expired & reverted to a stripped down version. 2. I went & paid 3. I refreshed License in WHM Softaculous control panel. 4. All Working in minutes instead of Days :<) Thanks Again

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 36 Status:	When? And what's the fix in the meantime? I just purchased a license, but my server is still showing that it's inactive. Besides, maybe to the OP's point, displaying dates based on Server Country or owner's country would be good. Thanks.
