I'm pretty much a newbie to webuzo and server admin. But I'm wondering how do I safely enable Zend Opcode cache in php5.5?

Right now I have

Webuzo Lemp Stack + Php 5.5 + MariaDB all installed via the webuzo app interface. And now I'm looking to enable php5.5's built in Zend Opcode Cache

I added:
"zend_extension=opcache.so "
to /usr/local/apps/php55/etc/php.d/extra.ini

and I added:
"opcache.enable=1
opcache.enable_cli=1
opcache.memory_consumption=128
opcache.interned_strings_buffer=4
opcache.max_accelerated_files=3907
opcache.fast_shutdown=1"
to /usr/local/apps/php55/etc/php.ini

So my last Question is how to I enable the opcode cache in configure commands?

Currently by default:
--enable-opcache=no

and I need to change it to
--enable-opccache=yes

I think I need to recompile php, but how do I safely do that with the preconfigured lemp stack?

Thanks

We shall have it re-compiled with opcache enable and make it available soon.
