I recently switched ISP's.

I did log into my Softaculous account and change the IP addresses associated with my license but nothing is showing up in my cPanel(s)

Is there something else I need to do? Could my ISP be blocking it? They do sell Softaculous

thanks. ernie

Hi Ernie,

Are you unable to see the premium scripts ?

Please make sure you have enabled the scripts from Softaculous Admin panel :

Hi Ernie,

Can you please check whether Softaculous is installed on your server?

If Softaculous is not installed on your server and you have root access you follow our guide here to install Softaculous:
http://softaculous.com/docs/Main_Page#Installation_and_Usage

If you dont have root access you can request your hosting provider to install Softaculous.

If you still face the issue, please open a ticket here, so that we can resolve your issue:

Thanks. I'll have a look at the install link. I had read through it the other day but was not that crazy about accessing via SSH and terminal but what could go wrong...  :P

With my previous ISP it was there and I just had to enter my license etc. Any rate I will give it a try.

thank you.

Yea, I looked through the install instructions...watched the video. Now I know how to install Softaculous using a Windows computer and stuff like "SSH to your server..." and a program called PuTTY. To bad I have a MAC, can't use PuTTY but would need to "SSH to my server using Terminal.  :-(

Sorry. Don't mean to whine.

If I ever figure it out I will post how to do it with a MAC and terminal so a non-geek (people like me) can do it.

Thanks again,
ernie

Hi Ernie,

There is Putty available for MAC. You can refer to the below link for the same:
http://formac.informer.com/putty

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further information.

Thanks. Might try it.

Thanks again,
