I have the same problem. After theme installation (SW-THEMES PORTO), which requires copying 5 folders into the root folder, I go back to the admin panel and i get a new installation screen instead. I reinstalled, tried again, and no luck. Now however, i can't even re-install magento. Please let me know how to go about theme installation. Obviously copying folders is not the way.
