Topic : Installation issues with Jobberbase

Hi there,

I have Softaculous auto-installer come with my hosting cpanel, which works brilliantly...normally. I have now tried several times to install JobberBase but each time I get the same error message:

Fatal error: Class 'mysqli' not found in /home2/cherryde/public_html/jobberdem/_includes/class.Db.php on line 17

I'm not very tech savvy which is why the auto-installer serves me good. Is there anyone who can give me some simple advice as to what this means and how to resolve it?

Hi,

This error occurs because MySQLi extension is not enabled on your server.
Please enable MySQLi or ask your host to enable it and then JobberBase should work without any errors.
