Hi,
For the other fellow users who might face this issue. This error occurs due to the following reasons: 1. If the packages are not downloaded properly Solution : Execute the CRON command: http://softaculous.com/docs/Immediate_update 2. Disk space is full on your server Solution : Please make disk space required for the script to install. In a few cases you might try to re-install Softaculous which should resolve the issues.
