Topic : blank page in cpanel, whm panel works

I made a new VPS to migrate my old data to, I enabled ioncube in tweak settings and installed softaculous.

Both php binaries show ioncube /usr/local/ ( cpanel/3rdparty/ )? bin/php -v show ioncube as enabled (the cpanel/3rdparty one being php 5.2.6 the cpanel version of php)

Go into WHM, enable softwares, enable "is VPS", and set the cookie name to softaculous777

Go into cpanel as an end-user (reseller or not) (yes i tried logging out and back in) and click softaculous, nothing happens (page stays same). Open in a new window its a blank page. Check headers its

any ideas? if it helps for faster support or something, im premium
