Hi,

I have a joomla site installed via Softaculous. It was version 2.5.6. In the Joomla admin area, Joomla's own upgrade option said the install was up to date and NO update was available.

However, Softaculous offered the upgrade to 2.5.7 which I installed.

Now, The footer in Joomla, shows version 2.5.7,  System information shows 2.5.7 installed but Joomla's updater wants me to upgrade to 2.5.6 ?

Any ideas?

Kieron

Hi,

We just checked this on our server and Joomla shows an update if Joomla 2.5.6 is installed and if Joomla 2.5.7 is installed it displays that the installation is up to date.

If you wish to update Joomla 2.5.6 you can update it using Softaculous :

Hi,

This is quiet strange as on our servers it displays that the installation is up to date. The version installed is 2.5.7

Hi,

As this notice appears in Joomla admin panel it is something related with Joomla servers. As per the discussion via ticket it seems that you have already posted in on Joomla forums.

then update
then purge cache If this fails then also try the following Go to the extension manager
then update
