Hi,

Please make sure that you have direct internet connection while running the commands that are mentioned in the link.

Are you using a proxy?

What command did you ran?

I have WiFi connection without proxy.
I've tried:
"C:\Program Files\Ampps\php\php.exe" -c "C:\Program Files\Ampps\apache\php.ini" "C:\Program Files\Ampps\ampps\softaculous\enduser\install.php"http://localhost/ampps/install.php

Okay.

Try Just.

Hi,

Try Just.
"C:\Ampps\php\php.exe" -c "C:\Ampps\apache\php.ini" "C:\Ampps\ampps\softaculous\enduser\install.php"

Note: You should have access to internet while running the above command as it will download some files. Make sure you are directly connected to internet as Ampps does not support proxy yet.

Hello,

Okay that means I can't use Ampps in my works.
It works in my portable because I have not proxy.

Dommage.

Thanks.

Hi,

That means UAC is enabled on your machine. So AMPPS is not allowed to change the hosts file. You will manually have to add an entry.

Note : let it be checked if it is needed. just add the entry manually.

Hi,

For example.
You want to add domain.com, means on your machine you want a site to open when you access http://domain.com

So you will create a domain as domain.com with its path. And in advance settings you will check "Add the entry to host file" [Ignore the warning in red temporary as it is required to configure the host file]

Since AMPPS was not able to add the entry(as mentioned in the warning). Open hosts file and write.
127.0.0.1 domain.com

Now from your machine you can access http://domain.com and the site will open according to the path you have specified for the domain.
