Same question: Softaculous said the install went fine, but the site home is

There has been an error processing your request

Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.

Error log record number: 2023683917


which apppeared shortly after a page full of mysql arrays errors.

Can you please email support a demo account to check for any errors ?
Also you are using plesk isnt it ?

I'm having the
same problem installing Magento. can I open a
ticket indicating a demo account for testing in my server?
Or
there exists some solution?

Please email the support team the details.
I think if you have suPHP enabled and you havent set it in softaculous then there will be a error.

I disabled suPHP but was still getting the same problem


here was the fix for me:

1) In your File Manager (or FTP client), go to your Magento folder.
2) Rename file "errors/local.xml.sample" to "errors/local.xml".

Softaculous is awesome, thanks for all your work!
