Hi,
maybe you have changed the phpmyadmin password of root or the
/var/webuzo/my.conf

If you are on CentOs you have to put the right mysql password in the file

/var/webuzo/my.conf

Hi,
sorry I Am just an user of Webuzo control Panel, I AM not part of Webuzo Team.

I have this issue on the past also I see some user have the same issue ... database exist but are not showed on Webuzo.

From what I know this problem happen when you change the root mysql password from phpmyadmin.

The password is changed by phpmyadmin but not changed into Webuzo so Webuzo can't have access to yours database.

Or maybe you edited the my.conf file.

Do you know your root mysql password? If yes please try to open Webuzo, click on phpmyadmin try to put username root and your root password.
Are you able to log in?

If the reply is yes I suggest to backup the my.conf file, after this delte the content and insert the password of mysql root here by pressing I as (insert) when you finish esc than :wq for exit and save.

Try now to restart mysql service.
Are now able to see databases?

If not plase try to restart webuzo service : service webuzo restart from SSH
are now able to see your databases in webuzo?

If not please resume your my.conf file and ask help to the Webuzo team.

WARNING:
your my.conf file should contain only one row with letter and number. This should be the actual mysql root password for webuzo, maybe this is different from your actual mysql password.

IF you did not change the root mysql password in the past please not follow this post and wait for Webuzo support.

All i told you is only a suggestion, is at your risk. Maybe you are more safe to wait some days the reply of Webuzo team who maybe will told you if what i suggest to you is correct or no.

For put correct password root into my.conf you need to log in into SSH with root account.

after that
do this command:
PHP Code

 cd

PHP Code

 cd /var/webuzo

For backup
PHP Code

 cp my.conf my.conf.bk

Now we need to open the file
PHP Code

 vi ./my.conf

here press letter I on your keyboard and edit the password after press esc on your keyboard and than :wq for exit and save

PHP Code

 service webuzo restart

Hope it helps,
maybe also after that if you don't see the database try to restart mysql service from Webuzo Serives.

If the issue persist you need contact Webuzo.

Thank you.
