I created mail account and installed RoundCube 15 days ago.I tested it and everything was fine,now I can not login because I keep getting this message "Connection to storage server failed."

I tried reinstaling RoundCube,reinstalling and reseting Apache,Exim and Dovecot but nothing works.
I tried SquirellMail and I get this message "Error connecting to IMAP server: imap.xxxxx.rs.

0 : php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known"
WebMail Lite also does not work.

Need URGENT HELP!

I can login with no problems if I go from Webuzo panel, then Acces Email/Squirrel mail.

Hi,

Sir, the issue is arising because in roundcube you have set the IMAP server as imap.xxxxxx.rs

When you try to enter your mail using roundcube it does not work as it is not able to find the IMAP server.

You have to install roundcube with the IMAP server as your server IP and it will work fine.
