We are using GroupOffice since more than 3 years for 200 people. It really has simplified internal communication.
The sync features for calendar, addressbook or tasks or excelent, using the pro version. We are using the GroupOffice owncloud app to sync files with the desktop. The project management system allows to keep track on hours spent and and the ticket system even can handle incoming mails.
