{"id":6259,"date":"2026-02-04T06:55:38","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T06:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.softaculous.com\/blog\/docs\/admin\/support-access\/"},"modified":"2026-05-13T10:34:13","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T10:34:13","slug":"support-access","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.softaculous.com\/blog\/docs\/admin\/softaculous-management\/support-access\/","title":{"rendered":"Support Access"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This guide will give you an overview of how to provide Support Access to our support staff so that you do not have to provide root access in our ticket system.<br>This option is available since Softaculous v<strong>6.3.2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Grant Support Access?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To grant Support Access for our staff, you will need to go to Softaculous Admin panel -&gt; Support Access page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here you can choose how many hours you want to provide access to our support staff. By default, it will be 7 Days.
