Providing direct access allows our team to diagnose the issue and provide a resolution immediately.<br>If you have root\/admin access, we recommend using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.softaculous.com\/docs\/admin\/support-access\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.softaculous.com\/docs\/admin\/support-access\/\">Support Access<\/a> feature in your Softaculous Admin Panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All credentials must be entered exclusively in the <strong>Server Login Credentials<\/strong> form fields to ensure they are handled by an <strong>encrypted<\/strong> database layer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credentials will be <strong>deleted<\/strong> when the ticket is closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For your protection, plain-text credentials in the chat, message body, or anywhere else are <strong>no longer permitted<\/strong> and will be automatically redacted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#fcb90057\"><strong>Note :<\/strong> We strongly recommend changing shared login credentials after resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>New Ticket<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/softaculous.deskuss.com\/open.php\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/softaculous.deskuss.com\/open.php\">new support request<\/a> through our portal, you will see a dedicated <strong>Server Login Credentials<\/strong> section. Locate your <strong>active ticket.<\/strong> <br>3. Click the <strong>Edit button<\/strong> at the top-right of the page. This will open the ticket\u2019s configuration where you can find the <strong>Server Login Credentials<\/strong> section.<br>4. Enter your credentials and click on the <strong>Update<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using Access Link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can generate the ticket access link from the <a href=\"https:\/\/softaculous.deskuss.com\/view.php\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/softaculous.deskuss.com\/view.php\">Check Ticket Status<\/a> page, where you have to enter your ticket id (you must have received the ticket id on email when the ticket was created) and email address and click on the <strong>Email Access link<\/strong> button.<br><br>Click on the access link to auto login into the ticketing portal and follow these steps:<br>1. Locate your <strong>active ticket<\/strong>. <br>2. Click the <strong>Edit button<\/strong> at the top-right of the page. This will open the ticket\u2019s configuration where you can find the <strong>Server Login Credentials<\/strong> section.<br>3.
