1) [Improvement] Added CLI utility to upgrade Softaculous core. Refer Guide.

2) [Task] In DirectAdmin v1.675 they changed the output format of CLI command to determine DirectAdmin version causing several APIs to fail in Softaculous. We have made the
changes to accommodate their new output format.

We are working on new features for the upcoming version.
