As I'm getting speed and performance issues with my website that I never had on my shared hosting account.

Hoping someone can fix this for me.
Sent support tickets, but 3 times they said it's running fine when it's not.
It's slow and pages get stuck loading.

Obe had the website working fine for a year prior to moving to Webuzo so I know the difference
and the problems.
But support staff say it's all fine.

Manual backup using the CLI command via terminal works, but automatic backup with Softaculous is not working.
