This page might be better to have a link to add a new website, or the most popular links used from the builder, something other than links that take you back to the main screen that have the same links on top. Basically, the main start screen and the admin page both have the same top links and the same s themes. The admin page has blurry theme images, though. I personally would get rid of the content links and themes on the https://ashandstonemusic.com/site-admin/ page and have some helpful links and maybe some tips. Ideally I'd like to see it make a database dump before overwriting the database, and storing that in case the deployment needs to be undone, so user data is not lost, but at minimum making a note that a deployment happened feels like a very easy win and worthwhile record for an audit trail.]]>

There could be many reasons leading to the process being stuck. One of them could be the process was killed by a security plugin installed on your server or a timeout or as mentioned above a memory limit.

When your installation is huge it can take time to complete the process and some security plugins kill the process that take long to complete. If you have a security plugin please try to add Softaculous folder as in the whitelist or try increasing memory_limit or web server timeout.

We ask user to open a support ticket if the primary debugging does not resolve the issue. In such cases we require access to the server to be able to debug the issue further and support tickets are the most secure option to share the credentials. ]]>

Honestly, this stupid support forum has caused me to rethink renewing.  If I can't come to a forum and get answers, and ALL YOU SEE IS "submit a ticket"

You fail to understand the issue.  And you fail to grasp how OSS works and how the community operates. 

Arguing with your customers that are willing to put in the effort to look, read, write and solution their issues.  Its just dumb.  A great example for the rest of us on how not to support software.]]>

In short, can EXIM work the way it does with cPanel?
