I was indeed using the Admin API from WHM, which explains why I was seeing installations from all users. I had wrongly assumed the installation IDs would remain consistent across both the API and the Softaculous GUI. Now I understand the cpesss token is session-specific and browser-based, which is why the URLs were acting inconsistently when accessed programmatically.]]>

That is a WordPress limitation for all Pro plugins that you would install on your WordPress site not just the Softaculous Pro plugins.

If we release any security update in any of our plugins we do auto update the plugins (via Softaculous). ]]>

In the master settings,  we can only enter one callback URL under callback settings.

Is there a way to enter more than one callback url to WHMCS which depends on what whncs server the vps was ordered on ?]]>

In wp dash (plugins) I see two entries, base plugin and PRO plugin.

But I see "Enable auto-updates" option is only visible/available for the base plugin and not for the PRO plugin. Wouldn't this be a security risk not being able to update the PRO plugin?

What would happen in case future security updates/patches are released for some of those PRO plugins?

I appreciate your clarification on this and your recommendation on how to handle that]]>
