Are you saying the site is not present in the Dashboard Overview tab that you created? If yes, it seems that site entry is missing in the .softaculous/installations.php due to this it is not visible in the Overview tab. You need to insert the site details then you will not face the issue.

It seems that the Row or column widget is hidden for tablet and mobile devices that contain the email address, phone number, and other info. so you need to disable the checkbox of Responsive option. Click on that Row / Column widget -> Options -> Responsive here uncheck the checkbox of Tablet and Mobile option to display the content on mobile and tablet devices.

We apologise for the delay in response. And yes, you are required to have the Free version Installed for the Pro version to work, and if you intend to use Google Drive, then Google Drive is part of the Free version.

To restore backup from Google Drive, make sure the Google Drive location is added, and you can use the Sync button in the Backup history tab to get the list of backups from your Google Drive.
