Yes, that would be an option. The PTR issue mainly affects outgoing mail from your server. If your ISP does not allow the PTR/rDNS to point to your mail server hostname, you can configure your ISP's SMTP server (smarthost/relay) for outgoing emails instead of sending directly from your server.
For incoming mail, your MX record can still point to your Webuzo mail server, so incoming delivery should work normally.

Is this just for out going mails if so then what you can do is, if you have a email address with your ISP you can use them as a smarthost to send out the mails
