Hi,

Sir just edited the VPS without changing any values to rewrite the configuration file.

Nothing else was done on your server.

Let us know for further information.

It seems, I don't understand you right. If is something EDITED, then that means, something has been changed. Therefore I need to now WHAT WAS EDITED. For example I noticed, that previously the netmask was 255.255.255.0 (which was provided by the server data center) but they changed it to 255.255.255.0

Hi,

Sir in my previous reply I mentioned that support staff just edited the VPS and started the VPS.
Nothing else was done on your server.

He also created a test VPS and it was created without any issue.

Are you still facing the same issue ?

Let us know.

I understand, but what are they edited?  Need to know the details, that I can fix it by myself nex time, by setting up a new Virtualizor. Thanks

Hi,

Sir asked the staff member and he said he just edited the VPS and started the VPS and he also tried to create new VPS and it was created without any issues.

Let us know for further information.
We will be happy to help you.

Thank you. Yes, they fixed it (somenthing) but they didn't provide any details about the fix, steps they did etc. so I can't set up another VPS as I'm lost like before.
