It's worth noting that we are hosting DNS externally, however the CWP can issue www variants without any issue, as can some of our other webuzo servers.

Some info that may help is the domains on the first server did issue the www variant, however these contained only single domain setups.
Server 1:
exampledomain1.com
exampledomain2.com
-This was able to issue the standard and www variants.

Second server contained both domains and subdomains
Server 2:
exampledomain3.com
sub.exampledomain3.com
exampledomain4.com
sub.exampledomain4.com

-This refused to issue www variants for the domain and subdomain. We removed the subdomains leaving only the primary domain, but again it refused to issue the www variant. We tried setting up the subdomain as both an add-on domain and a dedicated subdomain, this made no difference either way.

Server 3 was successful, however this contained ONLY subdomains:
sub.exampledomain5.comsub.exampledomain6.comsub.exampledomain7.com

- no problems issuing standard and www variants.

Mounting the disk as /sdb works, but it's recommended to first create a partition on the disk. After partitioning, you can mount it directly to the /backup directory.

Once that's done, configure Backuply to use /backup as the backup directory. so all backups will be stored on the /sdb disk.
