After launching process, files are copied, DB and DB user created, but no roghts are given to user, and then  The following errors were found :
           
  • Could not connect to database, please check the Username/Password of your database. If changed, please update the details in Softaculous installations using Edit Details.

        Wordpress installation is in public_html root

Any idea ? or should I send request to softaculous support ? (the hoster declines support request and sends to them)
