[New Feature] Code Signing

SecLayer now includes code signing to help verify the authenticity and integrity of SecLayer software and updates, providing an additional layer of security.

[Bug Fix] Improved LFD Ignore File Processing

Fixed an issue with LFD loading ignore files and processing configured ignores correctly. IPs and rules specified in ignore files are now handled as expected.

[Bug Fix] Corrected Permanent Ban Timestamps

Fixed the timestamp recorded for IPs permanently banned by LFD, ensuring ban information is tracked with the correct timestamp.

[Bug Fix] Multiple Permanent Ban Emails

Fixed an issue that caused multiple emails with same content to be sent when an IP was moved from temporary ban to permanent bank.

Translations support and a standalone messenger that shows blocked visitors and a self-unblock page. Both are next up.
