1) [Task] We have rolled out Support Access feature in Softaculous admin panel which will allow you to grant support to Softaculous support team without having to share your server login credentials.
This feature has been written with your server security as top priority.

I’m not sure if this is an issue others are experiencing, so I’d like to find out if it’s a problem on my end or something more widespread.

The message on the page reads:

"Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes and then retry."

If anyone has a solution, I’d really appreciate it. If not, I’ll just wait for it to be resolved.
