Hi thanks for getting back to me. The issue with duplicates appearing has not happened for the last 2 days. I removed the duplicate websites from Softaculous (without removing the databases) and it seems fine for 2 days now.

I will send a support ticket should the issue start again.

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We tried to add Upgrade utility in Kimai but they only provide CLI upgrade method which is not possible via Softaculous.
There is no GUI method. Upgrade is only possible via manual migrations.

Hi,

Softaculous runs using the cPanel's 3rd party PHP binary. Please use the following guide to enable ionCube in the 3rd party PHP binary :
https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/enable-ioncube-cpanel/

If ionCube is already enabled. Please disable it and save the settings then enable it and save the settings again.

Mariadb has been stopped after install Mysql Governor

MariaDB is running from the system, but Home > Apps > Services shows stopped, and I am not able to run it. So the user is not able to manage the database.

Hi,

We are trying to install softaculous on a cpanel with php 5.4.
we get the following error:
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/main/functions.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so to be installed by the website operator.

we have ioncube 5.4 loaded but it still looking for 5.3.

please advise.

[Task Pro] Limit concurrent attempts is now compatible with the miniOrange Social login plugin.
[Bug Fix Pro] Social Login now works with Limit concurrent attempts.
[Bug Fix] There was an issue with social login where, in some cases, after Social login verification, redirection back to the host site was getting blocked by the server's firewall. This has been fixed.
