I was indeed using the Admin API from WHM, which explains why I was seeing installations from all users. That is a WordPress limitation for all Pro plugins that you would install on your WordPress site not just the Softaculous Pro plugins.

In the master settings, we can only enter one callback URL under callback settings.

In wp dash (plugins) I see two entries, base plugin and PRO plugin.

But I see "Enable auto-updates" option is only visible/available for the base plugin and not for the PRO plugin. Wouldn't this be a security risk not being able to update the PRO plugin?

What would happen in case future security updates/patches are released for some of those PRO plugins?
