If you’ve already updated upload_max_filesize, please also check post_max_size, max_execution_time, and ensure your server supports files over 4GB (e.g., 64-bit system, non-FAT32 filesystem). medai downloads over 4000MB fail , tried all the obvious, ie, timeouts, nginx upload size etc.
