It is generally a REALLY bad idea to execute any command on a Xenserver that does not begin with "xe", you have to think about it twice.

And when I read that you have critical VMs running on that server I would think about it twice twice twice.

I do fully trust the Softaculous guys since they do a great job with an excellent competence - and still I would not do that.

If, for whatever reason, you have no choice as installing Virtualizor on a critical Xenserver Host, be advised to clean up Xenserver (logs, tmp...) to claim some free space. You only have a 4GB partition as dom0 and if your xenserver runs for a longer time these files can easily eat up your free space.

But I really suggest using the import tool on a brand new machine at all costs. Some downtime should be acceptable for staying safe.

Yes, it is in Beta but we have tested it many times and many of our customers have imported VPS using the utility without any issue.

Yes, you can install without any obstruction to the existing VMs on your server.
We also have a XenServer import utility using which you can import your existing VMs to virtualizor.
