Yes, it’s likely a glitch with Softaculous or a server timeout. Try these quick fixes:

Clear browser cache and use a different browser.
Disable browser extensions (like ad blockers).
Check server resources (CPU/RAM limits may cause freezes).
Increase PHP execution time in your hosting panel (if allowed).
Contact your hosting provider – they may need to update or fix Softaculous.
