Did you enable Guest Agent from panel and then stopped and started it ?

You will also need to run cronm on that server which is hosting the VPS so that it can fetch it instantly.

I followed the steps to install the CentOS7 guest-agent, I see the guest-agent installed inside the VM, but in the virtualizor panel everything continues as before, with the information that it is not installed: Ram : Guest agent not installed.
