It appears without any problems from the user's cPanel, but we can't find how to access the Backuply Server administration area... We searched in WHM and couldn't find it, and we couldn't find it from within Softaculous via WHM either.
The documentation also doesn't show how to access the Backuply Server administration area.]]>

Hi,

Sir, our developer team is currently working on the CloudLinux shared pro feature. We will update you once it has been completed.

Is there any update on full Cloudlinux integration? Does it support all features now?  ]]>

The Resource Limits feature (CPU, RAM, IO, EP, etc.) is extremely useful and helps us manage server stability and fair usage. However, currently this feature works as an individual setting per user only, and there is no way to:
  1. Tie Resource Limits to Hosting Plans (so that users automatically inherit limits when assigned to a plan).
  2. Apply Resource Limits automatically when a new account is created.
  3. Manage or update Resource Limits via the Webuzo API.

This creates extra manual work since every time a user is added or moved to a new plan, the Resource Limits must be set individually.
It would be very helpful if Webuzo could:
  • Allow Resource Limits to be defined at the Hosting Plan level, so new and existing accounts under that plan automatically inherit the limits (similar to how CloudLinux integrates with packages).
  • Provide an API endpoint/CLI command to set and update Resource Limits for users programmatically.
  • Optionally allow a bulk apply/sync option so existing users can be updated to match their plan’s limits.

This would significantly reduce admin overhead, improve consistency, and make Webuzo more competitive with cPanel+CloudLinux and other control panels in terms of automation.
Thank you for considering this feature. I believe many system administrators and hosting providers would benefit from it.]]>

Hello,
We are facing an issue with our server. We can not install SSL Certificate. The following errors are showing

****************** Acme script finished execution ******************
[Thu May 16 03:05:15 2024] Acme script encountered some errors
[Thu May 16 03:05:23 2024] Failed to verify alias :  nsnasim.com
[Thu May 16 03:05:24 2024] Failed to verify alias :  www.nsnasim.com
[Thu May 16 03:05:24 2024] Failed to verify alias :  mail.nsnasim.com
****************** Invoking Acme script ******************

So please solve this issue for user xtgdqtoi. Also the redditbacked.nsnasim.com and nsnasim.com domain.

Please do it ASAP.

Thanks block breaker

It looks like you're encountering issues with SSL certificate installation for your domains. The errors indicate that the ACME script is failing to verify the aliases for nsnasim.com, www.nsnasim.com, and mail.nsnasim.com. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

DNS Configuration: Ensure that the DNS records for your domains are correctly configured and pointing to the right server.
Domain Ownership Verification: Make sure that you have control over the domains and that they are not expired.
Firewall Settings: Check if any firewall settings are blocking the verification requests from the ACME server.
Web Server Configuration: Ensure that your web server is properly configured to respond to the ACME challenge requests.]]>

thanks or checking.

I've checked the xhr calls on the browser console, and I think I've detected the problem; thanks a lot for the hint.

I'm marking the topic as solved for now, while I do some more testing; if I find anything new related to Softaculous, I will let you know.

Kind regards,
Daniel]]>
