Introducing SecLayer 0.9.0 — Now in Public Beta

Your server is under attack right now. SecLayer is a complete security and firewall layer for your Linux server — the always-on protection that watches your traffic, blocks the attackers, and gets out of the way of everything else.

- A serious firewall, configured sensibly by default. Allow the traffic you want, block everything else, manage it all through simple IP lists — permanent, temporary, or automatic.

- Real-time brute-force protection. SecLayer watches your login attempts — SSH, mail, your control panel, and more — and automatically bans anyone hammering the door, before they get lucky.

- DDoS and connection-flood defense built in. Sudden spikes in connections or bandwidth abuse get throttled and blocked automatically, without you having to be at your keyboard.

- A dashboard you'll actually enjoy using. A clean, modern control panel to see what's happening and manage your protection — fast, responsive, and works great on your phone when you need to check on things on the go.

- Block/Unblock IPs. With just one click/one command block / unblock IPs.

- CLI Support. Complete Command Line support with all the features accessible via CLI.

You can set the values as :

In /usr/local/virtualizor/globals.php file and then update from panel.

I updated virtualizor and now admin panel is giving me below error

Appears to only be affecting Softaculous on DirectAdmin.

There's no logging, that I can find, that would help lead to any type of resolution.

When I try to install any script in Softaculous, I get:

MySQL Error No : 1115
MySQL Error : Unknown character set: 'utf8'

Softaculous not downloading files

On a DirectAdmin server, Softaculous is not able to download the script zip files.

Instead of a zip file, the file - /var/softaculous/wp.zip - becomes:
