Sir have you configured your IPpools properly ?
Because SSH connectivity and RDP will work if the VM has internet connectivity.
Can you check if your VM has internet from VNC ?

When I install centers in a vps I cannot connect via remote SSH.

When I install windows I can't enter through windows remote.

I'm really getting desperate and wanted to know if they can help me.
